“Rather Be Painting" expresses the sentiment that conceived my venture into the art world. As I allowed my "inner artist" to emerge some years back, the walls of my home bloomed with images and color--trees, a pond teaming with wildlife, flowers, cats and more. I was delighted to discover the joy of painting murals and other decorative home accents. Later creating beauty on a canvas included portraits of people as well as pets.

I am so grateful for the teachers available to me, the support of my friends and family, and the encouragement of my fellow artists.

Please note that I am "on sabbatical" while addressing some health challenges.
